This series focuses on foundational strenght, core stability , and mobility. Designed for women who want to move better, build strenghth properly, and train with intention.
Spots are limited to keep coaching personal and focuesed.
Training Background

This class is held every Wednesday beginning the first Wednesday of March. There will be no class on March 18
